A day on the Bay

A Day on the Bay is a family-friendly event set against the beautiful backdrop of the Claremont Foreshore.
There’ll be all sorts of fun activities taking place on the day including and this year’s event will feature ABC’s Gardening Australia’s Josh Byrne who will give attendees all the tips required to create a RiverWise, climate resilient garden that will survive our hot summers, help protect our precious Swan River and support biodiversity and local wildlife.
- Kayaking, Paddle boats, paddle swans and other water-based fun
- Kite flying
- Biodegradable glitter station with the Eco Faeries
- Sustainability stalls
- Cuddly animal farm
- Food vendors
- Live music and performances
- Meet a mermaid
Plus a whole host of other activities are planned for the day.
This is a sustainable, environmentally-friendly event and we ask that you bring your own water bottle. There’ll also be a water tank to allow free refills of water bottles.
