Join the Nearer to Nature team in this kayaking adventure on the Swan River starting at A.P Hinds Reserve in Bayswater. We will be exploring the Baigup wetlands (subtropical and temperate coastal saltmash) from the water, so be on the lookout for over 100 water bird species that have been seen here. Challenge your strength, balance and agility. Don’t worry if it’s your first time on a kayak, we’ve got your back! Kayak and life jacket supplied in ticket price. This is a drop off event for ages 8-15 years. Children must be able to swim at least 20 meters and tread water to participate.
