RiverWise Gardening
Josh Byrne is an environmental scientist, author, television presenter and research academic. Well known for his work on ABC TV's Gardening Australia program, Josh is also Director of Josh Byrne & Associates - a multi award winning Fremantle based consulting practice integrating the fields of landscape architecture, built environment sustainability, media and communications.
These fun, informative and interactive workshops and are designed to teach us how sustainable gardening practices can save you time, money, water and angst, while also helping to attract birds and other wildlife to your gardens.
Josh will help set the scene at the beginning of each workshop and help participants understand the impact of excessive nutrients on the Swan-Canning river system and the role that RiverWise gardeners can play in helping the rivers. The workshops will also cover:
